1. Intellectual Property

The NOMS application, including its design, source code, and unique features like Physics Box and Visual Clusters, are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not decompile or copy any part of the app.

2. NOMS PRO Subscriptions

NOMS PRO offers premium features via auto-renewable subscriptions.

Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store Account Settings.

3. AI Nutrition Estimation

NOMS provides an optional AI-powered feature that estimates nutritional values from food photos. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Estimates only: AI-generated nutritional values (calories, carbs, protein, fat) are approximate estimates produced by a third-party AI model. They are not verified by a dietitian, nutritionist, or medical professional and should not be treated as accurate or definitive.
Not medical or dietary advice: NOMS does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. The AI estimates are intended for general informational and journaling purposes only. Do not rely on them for medical decisions, dietary planning for health conditions, or any situation requiring professional guidance.
Your responsibility: You are responsible for verifying nutritional information if accuracy is important to you. NOMS encourages you to review and adjust AI-generated values before saving.
Third-party processing: This feature requires sending your food photo to Groq Inc., a third-party AI service, for analysis. By consenting to use this feature in the app, you agree to this data transmission. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Availability: The AI estimation feature depends on a third-party service and may be unavailable, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice. NOMS is not liable for any downtime or changes to this feature.

4. Disclaimers

NOMS is a tool for journaling and personal organization. We do not provide nutritional, medical, or financial advice. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on the data tracked or estimated within the app, including AI-generated nutritional estimates.

THE APP AND ALL FEATURES, INCLUDING AI NUTRITION ESTIMATION, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of NOMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on any data or estimates provided by the app, including AI-generated nutritional information.
